In my work as a Coach I support women who are burnt out, exhausted and stuck to powerfully rebuild and redesign their lives so they can enjoy family time, have some breathing room, make choices for themselves without guilt, and to feel genuinely happy without putting on a front to keep up appearances. A few years ago, after a decade of swimming in stages of burnout myself, I reached the boiling point. After lots of trial and error, today I finally live the life that I so craved back then. And I can think of no better way to celebrate than to share what I now know with you.
